Is your sex life boring? Most people would say no. But then, who are they asking? Themselves or their significant other who doesn't want to rock the boat.
Human beings are the only creatures on the planet that has sex by choice, as often as we want and in many different positions. This is great from the standpoint of allowing us to have variety in our lives. But it hurts when you realize that you have to bring your imagination into play to make sex exciting.
When two people first come together and have relations, it tends to be exciting because both parties are looking forward to "unveiling" that precious gift they are about to get intimate with. The anticipation can be like a cold rush to the brain when you eat something cold.
Sex with someone you care about should never be boring. Each episode may not explode with passion, but you should feel something every time you are together. There are some definite things you can do to help make sure that happens;
1) Talk about your expectations from your sexual experience - what do you want out of this time together? Do you want to feel used? Are you open to having someone just get on and get off? Or how about hearing that famous line after you have finished your time together of "I have an early appointment tomorrow; can you see your way out"? Let them know what you want and do what you need to in order to get it. Remember, in order to get, we must give.
It is much better to say things like " I want this moment to last so please, don't get up and leave. Don't turn on the lights, lets just bask in each others presence."
2) Talk about what you feel when you are done having sex - share what makes the experience so exciting. Talk about how you think about your partner when you are not with them and look forward to your next time together.
3) Become an expert at pleasing your partner - maybe she likes kisses on her neck or when you rub her leg. Maybe he likes to have you nibble on his ear or rub his shoulders. Find out what makes your partner say "ah" and do it. You will be glad you did.
